getlikes ("we", "us") helps you create AI-generated photos from selfies you upload. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. We keep things simple: we only use your data to make and deliver your photos and to give you access to your account.

The selfies and photos you upload, the details you provide to guide your photos, the photos we generate for you, and basic account information such as your email address.

Your uploaded selfies contain facial images, which are sensitive personal data. We process them only with your consent, given when you upload, and only to generate and deliver your photo pack — never for anything else.

We use your photos and details solely to generate your photo pack, deliver it, and let you access it from your account. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not use them to train public AI models.

We share data only with the trusted providers strictly required to run the service:

Supabase — secure hosting, database and photo storage, located in the European Union.

fal.ai — the AI provider that generates your photos; your selfies are sent there only to create your pack.

Whop — our payment provider, to process your purchase.

We never sell your data, and we never share it for any purpose beyond running the service.

Your uploaded selfies are processed on secure servers in Europe and are automatically deleted once your photos have been generated. We keep your generated photos and account information so you can access them, until you ask us to delete them.

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time — including the right to be forgotten. Just contact us and we will respond promptly.
