Refund Policy

getlikes delivers a digital product: AI-generated photos created on demand from the selfies and details you provide. Because your photos are generated specifically for you and become accessible and downloadable immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once your photos have been generated and made available to you.

Like any downloadable digital good (such as an e-book or a media file), once your photo pack has been generated and delivered, it cannot be "returned." Generating your pack also involves real processing costs that are incurred the moment you order.

Our photos are AI-generated and, as disclosed before purchase, results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect or an exact likeness. Variation in the look or feel of your results is an inherent part of the technology and is not grounds for a refund, as the service (generation and delivery) has been performed.

We want to be fair. If you experienced a genuine technical failure — for example, no photos were delivered at all, a payment error, or you were charged more than once — please contact us and we will investigate and make it right. These exceptions cover delivery and billing problems, not dissatisfaction with the appearance of correctly delivered photos.
